Sunny Deol celebrates Gadar 2’s ₹300 crore milestone with a heartfelt post

Gadar 2 is creating history at the box office. The movie is enjoying a strong hold at the ticket window even after facing competition with multiple other releases. By joining the 300 Crore Club in just 8 days, the movie has also accomplished yet another enormous milestone. Pathaan is the only other movie to have accomplished this goal this quickly; it took just six days for the Shah Rukh Khan starrer. Although Gadar 2 took eight days to get here, it would be intriguing to see how it moves closer to joining the 400 Crore Club.
As Gadar 2 by Sunny Deol has entered the 300 crore club, and the actor chose to commemorate the achievement with a special Instagram post. On Saturday, the actor uploaded a happy photo of himself with the movie's poster. He wrote: "They say Love can’t be measured but I feel so much love coming from all of you each day, everyday ❤️❤️🙏🙏🙏 #Gadar2 and #TaraSingh are forever indebted. #HindustanZindabad"
On the other hand, veteran actor and Sunny Deol's dad Dharmendra also celebrated the film's success on his social media account. He shared this picture and wrote, "Always....Always need your love and good wishes. Friends, love you for your thundering applause."
Gadar 2 is the follow-up to the 2001 smash Gadar is directed by Anil Sharma. Sunny Deol, Ameesha Patel, and Utkarsh Sharma have all returned to play Tara Singh, Sakeena, and Jeete in the sequel. Last week saw the movie's theatrical debut. At the box office, it competed with Akshay Kumar, Yami Gautam and Pankaj Tripathi starrer OMG 2 and Rajinikanth's Jailer.
