The latter himself has composed music for the movie which stars Nivas Adthitan, Rithu Manthra and Ananth Nag among others in key roles. Pavi K Pavan and Toby John have handled cinematography and editing respectively for the project for which Sakthisaravanan has helmed action choreography.
Shankar Mahadevan, who has lent voice for a few songs in Regina, had come up with a video the other day singing praise for the music composition in the film. At the press meet of the movie held in Kerala the other day, Sunainaa turned emotional while talking about her journey in the industry and explained how she is living her dream today. The actress said that she used to listen to others' advice a lot in the past and that life changed for good when she took control of her decisions.
She thanked Domin for choosing her to play the titular role in Regina after liking her performance in Sillu Karupatti. Expressing her gratitude towards the Tamil audience, Sunainaa said she is eager to know the feedback from moviegoers in Kerala as well.
"Around 2018, I was tired of people suggesting dos and don'ts to me. I felt I should take up those projects which came across as promising for me. Nila Nila Odi Vaa, a web series I took up, when the format was comparatively new to many, was part of a new journey. I hope Regina will be an extension to the refreshing journey I have been experiencing for a while," she added.
