Sudheer Babu's next with Harshavardhan commences shoot

Actor Sudheer Babu, last seen in Sridevi Soda Centre and currently shooting for Mohana Krishna Indraganti's Aa Ammayi Gurinchi Meeku Cheppali, has also commenced work on his film with director Harshavardhan. The yet-to-be titled project that was launched formally a few days ago, is being produced by Narayan Das K Narang and Puskur Ram Mohan Rao under Sree Venkateswara Cinemas LLP. The principal shoot of the action entertainer had begun in Ramoji Film City, Hyderabad today.

Several key sequences featuring the lead cast will be shot in the film's first schedule. A working still from the shoot was also launched earlier today that showcases Sudheer Babu in an atypical avatar. Sporting a short moustache, a chubby-looking Sudheer even has a garland around his neck that he wears in the wrong direction. In the backdrop, the director Harshavardhan is involved in an intense discussion with the cinematographer PG Vinda and the crew is all smiles on the set.

The makers say that Sudheer Babu will be essaying one of the most challenging roles in his career for this project, which happens to be his 15th film. "Harshavardhan has prepared a different subject to present Sudheer Babu in a never seen before multi-shaded character," the media statement reads. Billed to be an action entertainer with a novel idea, noted actors and a top-notch technical team comprising composer Chaitan Bharadwaj, cinematographer PG Vinda, art director Rajeev are part of the team. Sonali Narang and Srishti are the presenters.

After Harshavardhan's film, Sudheer Babu is expected to commence shoot for badminton champion Pullela Gopichand's biopic.
