Subhasree Ganguly roots for stem cell preservation
Three months after giving birth to her second child, Indubala Bhaater Hotel actress Subhasree Ganguly posted a video of her baby bump. Of course, she is not expecting a third child but the video is all about a cause: to promote awareness about stem cell preservation. The video was shot during the time she was pregnant with her daughter, Yaalini.
In her promotional video, she asked expecting mothers to consider preserving stem cells for the future of the baby.

Two months after Yaalini was born, Subhasree made her comeback to films with Raj Chakraborty’s Babli. Based on Buddhadeb Guha’s novel, the film also features Abir Chatterjee and Sauraseni Maitra. The film’s shooting that took place in North Bengal and Kolkata ended and the postproduction works are going in full swing.
Subhasree has also bagged two SVF projects. She will again be the heroine in a Debaloy Bhattacharya film. It is a horror film, named Aleya. She will work in an SVF film after a long gap of eleven years, the last film being Romeo. Chitrangada Chakraborty will also be in the film.
Subhasree has two SVF films, the second one to be directed by Raj. Mithun Chakraborty, Ritwik Chakraborty, Anashua Majumdar, and Sohini Sengupta will also be in the film. Raj will come back to SVF after seven years with the film.
