The upcoming fourth season of the science fiction drama series will be released in two parts
Eleven and gang are getting closer to gracing our screens yet again, as the latest season of Stranger Things is fast approaching. The makers have now unveiled the first look images of the upcoming season, featuring the fan-favourite characters.
The images can be viewed on Netflix’s official social media handles and feature the return of characters, old and new. Joyce Byers (Winona Ryder) and Murray Bauman (Brett Gelman) are seen in a snow-clad valley. In another photo, Eleven (Millie Bobby Brown) is seen giving a death stare to someone with Mike Wheeler (Finn Wolfhard), Jonathan Byers (Charlie Heaton), Will Byers (Noah Schnapp) and Argyle (Eduardo Franco) by her side. And of course, David Harbour returns as Jim Hopper, after the shocking revelation that he was not dead, as presumed. The photographs also feature the characters played by Caleb McLaughlin, Sadie Sink, Joe Keery, Maya Hawke, Natalia Dyer, Gaten Matarazzo and more.

The latest season of Stranger Things will see the group tackling a new supernatural menace in addition to navigating the ups and downs of their already difficult high school lives. The show’s creators, the Duffer Brothers, will return to produce the new season along with Shawn Levy, Dan Cohen, and Iain Paterson. Throughout its run, the popular show has been the recipient of numerous accolades, including Emmy and Golden Globe Awards. The show has also been renewed for a fifth season, which will be its last.
The fourth season of Stranger Things will be released in two parts. Volume one will premiere on Netflix on May 27, while volume two will be released on the platform on July 1.
