Pushpa The Rise, starring Allu Arjun, Rashmika, Fahadh Faasil, is slated to release in five languages on December 17
Pushpa The Rise, the first of the two part action-franchise, featuring Allu Arjun, Rashmika Mandanna and Fahadh Faasil in lead roles, directed by Sukumar, is one of the most awaited films in 2021. Produced by Naveen Yerneni and Y Ravi Shankar under Mythri Movie Makers and Muttamsetty Media, the high-budget film is slated to release in Telugu, Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam on December 17. Pushpa has music by Devi Sri Prasad. After the first song Daakko Daakko Meka, the makers are set to launch the second single Srivalli tomorrow. Ahead of the same, a song promo was released today.
Sid Sriram has sung number in all South Indian languages while Javed Ali has crooned for the Hindi version alone. Chandrabose is the lyricist for the Telugu track while Varadaraj Chikkaballapura, Siju Thuravoor and Viveka have penned the lyrics for the Kannada, Malayalam and Tamil versions respectively. From what the promo tells us, it's a number sung by the lead protagonist Pushpa in praise of his lady love Sri Valli. The two lines in the promos of the song describe the way she looks, talks and laughs like an angel of sorts.
Srivalli looks set to be another chartbuster from Devi Sri Prasad and he's back to his strength zone as a melody maker. The promo is set in a dry, desert-like region where Allu Arjun is staring at something while leaning on his bike. There's a temple that prominently features in the backdrop. At the end of the promo, the animated versions of the lead characters are seen driving their bikes on a road. With just one more day to go for the launch of Srivalli, one couldn't have asked for a better promo. Polish cinematographer Miroslaw Kuba Brozek and editor Karthika Srinivas are part of team Pushpa as well.
