Sree Vishnu has scored one of the biggest hits in Telugu cinema in the recent weeks, something the industry desperately needed after a dull summer season. Ram Abbaraju, who made a credible debut as a director with comedian Satya’s Vivaha Bhojanambu, proved his worth again in the family entertainer. The lead actor expressed his joy about the film’s glorious run at its success meet.

“The film has reached the audiences completely, we’ve toured places before and after the release. It is doing equally well in Telugu states and the US. I thought I would say no to the narration but it was a laugh riot. I genuinely believed it to be a small-size Nuvvu Naaku Nachav. I wondered if it would be possible to translate that success again. The cast and the crew worked in our favour,” Sree Vishnu stated.

Producer Anil Sunkara was a source of positive energy and gave us a go-ahead, he added. “I wouldn’t have done this without Naresh (garu). I was on the set half an hour early every day and was so enthusiastic to perform. We had a family-like association on set. Reba Monica John is a fantastic performer, she couldn’t have asked for a better start in Telugu cinema.”

The actor shared that Gopi Sundar’s music was an asset to Samajavaragamana. “They literally forced me to be part of dance sequences in foreign locations. Many years later, if I have to start my second innings, I will remake this film again and take up Naresh’s character. Samajavaragamana has repeat value and is a proper stress buster regardless of where you watch it - theatres, television and OTT.”

Sudarshan, Sreekanth Iyengar, Vennela Kishore, Raghu Babu, Rajeev Kanakala, Devi Prasad, Priya played other key roles in the film produced by Rajesh Danda and presented by AK Entertaiments. Hasith Goli, Meher Ramesh, Vijay Kanakamedala and others were also part of the success meet.
