Aapka Apna Zakir: Sonu Sood confirmed as next guest on Zakir Khan's show; watch hilarious promo

Aapka Apna Zakir's new episode promo featuring Sonu Sood is out. It highlights the Bollywood actor leaving everyone in splits with his sense of humour.

Zakir Khan has been entertaining the audience with his show Aapka Apna Zakir. The comedy show premiered on Sony Entertainment Television on August 10, 2024. With episodes also streaming on SonyLIV, viewers enjoy Khan's show on OTT as well. Several celebrities have made appearances on Aapka Apna Zakir. The latest addition to the show's celebrity guestlist is Bollywood actor Sonu Sood. A promo featuring him is out on social media.

Sonu Sood on Aapka Apna Zakir

Sony Entertainment Television shared Aapka Apna Zakir's new promo, featuring Sonu Sood. The promo begins with the Bollywood actor leaving host Zakir Khan surprised with his one-liner. It is followed by some 'funtastic moments' between Sonu and the celebrity panelists Rithvik Dhanjani, Shweta Tiwari, Paresh Ganatra, and Gopal Datt.

From recreating a scene with Shweta to grooving with Rithvik, Sonu does it all and more o Aapka Apna Zakir. Sharing the promo on Instagram, the makers wrote, "Iss hafte ‘Funtastic’ moments lekar aa rahe hai Sonu Sood aur Zakir Khan!Dekhiye AapkaApnaZakir, Sat-Sun, raat 9:30 baje sirf SonyEntertainmentTelevision par (sic)."

Aapka Apna Zakir to go off-air?

Meanwhile, Times Now recently reported that Zakir Khan's comedy show Aapka Apna Zakir is expected to go off-air very soon. "The second week’s ratings of Aapka Apna Zakir are so abysmally low that the makers almost fell off from their chairs. They have decided and informed Zakir about scrapping the show," a source told the news publication.

And while the channel is reportedly firm on its decision to pull the plug on Aapka Apna Zakir, "the production house (OML) would love to have another go and rectify the situation," the source added.
