The month of August is truly a treat if you’re a Sonu Nigam fan,
The month of August is a treat for all Sonu Nigam fans as the singer’s three songs will be released this month. Sonu has voiced two songs from Aamir Khan and Kareena Kapoor-starrer Laal Singh Chaddha. Besides, the singer has also rendered Har Ghar Tiranga, Ghar Ghar Tiranga – a song produced by the Ministry of Culture on the occasion of India's Independence Day celebrations. Sonu has sung the song along with Asha Bhosle.
Aamir Khan’s Laal Singh Chaddha – an official remake of Tom Hanks Forrest Gump – has already garnered a lot of attention. Sohu has sung Main Ki Karaan? and a version of Kahani. The film will be released on August 12.
Meanwhile, Har Ghar Tiranga, Ghar Ghar Tiranga is directed by Kailash Surendranath, who had earlier directed the iconic Mile Sur Mera Tumhara. It is composed by Devi Sri Prasad and penned by Swanand Kirkire.
Sonu’s patriotic songs have always struck a chord with audiences. Tracks like Sandese Aate hai from the film Border, Mera Rang de Basanti Chola The Legend Of Bhagat Singh, Zindagi Maut Na ban Jaaye from Sarfarosh and Bande Mein Tha Dum, Vande Mataram from Lage Raho Munnabhai among others are some of his most memorable songs. Now there is one more that is most likely to join the list.
Sung in Hindi with parts of it sung in Marathi, Tamil, Bengali, and Gujarati among others and shot across various parts of the country, Har Ghar Tiranga Ghar Ghar Tiranga truly celebrates the ethos of the country.
The song was released by the ministry on August 4.
