XXL will chronicle two women having a memorable journey together
Bollywood actors Sonakshi Sinha and Huma Qureshi are gearing up to collaborate for an upcoming project in London. The movie has been titled as XXL and will chronicle two women having a memorable journey together.
The light-hearted movie is written by Mudassar Aziz. According to the ETimes source, the movie will also feature actor Zaheer Iqbal, who debuted with the 2019 movie Notebook. According to the recent reports, the shoot of the film has already begun in London a few weeks ago, soon after the restrictions were lifted in the English capital. However, more details about the cast and crew are yet to be revealed by the team.
Sonakshi, who came to the industry through the 2010 Salman Khan-starrer Dabangg has come a long way from then and cemented her position in the industry with movies like Rowdy Rathore, Son of Sardaar, and more. She reprised her role in Dabangg in the franchise’s next two instalments titled Dabangg 2 and Dabangg 3 in 2012 and 2019 respectively. She also appeared in the science fiction Mission Mangal in 2019. The Dabangg actress has just finished her shooting for the Ritesh Deshmukh-starrer Kakuda while getting ready to essay in XXL.
Meanwhile, Huma Qureshi who has been in the headlines for a while with many of her back-to-back upcoming projects was last seen in Akshay Kumar’s Bell Bottom. Besides XXL she will also appear in the Tamil movie Valimai, headlined by the South Indian star Ajith. The action-thriller helmed by H Vinoth will be released soon.
