Maine Pyar Kiya actress Bhagyashree is back in limelight and this time it is on TV. She has joined a TV show named Smart Jodi to prove her love. Back when she left Bollywood, Bhagyashree proved her love for husband Himalaya and is back to do that, this time to the whole world.

Bhagyashree had already met Himalaya before she was working on Maine Pyar Kiya.

Bhagyashree became a huge hit after her first and last film in Bollywood, Maine Pyar Kiya. Her pairing with Salman Khan was much-loved. However, one thing people were not aware about is that Bhagyashree had already met the love of her love Himalaya by the time she was shooting for Maine Pyar Kiya. Bhagyashree and Himalaya went to the same school and soon, fell in love.

Salman Khan made the big revelation on Bigg Boss 15.

Bhagyashree had come to promote her son Abhimanyu Dassani’s movie Meenakshi Sundareshwar on the sets of Bigg Boss 15. Back then, she recalled how Salman Khan teased her on Maine Pyar Kiya sets and she warned him to stay away in order to avoid link-up rumours. The actress recalled that Salman sang Dil Deewana in her ears for half a day, only to reveal that he already knows about Himalaya. Furthermore, Salman asked Bhagyashree to call Himalaya to the sets of the film, which she did and the two got along well.

The secret wedding.

Bhagyashree is from the royal blood. Her parents did not approve of Himalaya. Going against their wishes, she tied the knot with Himalaya in a temple. His parents blessed the couple. Salman Khan and Maine Pyar Kiya director Sooraj Barjatya were also witness to the intimate affair.

A couple that went through 1.5 years of space.

Bhagyashree had revealed in one of her interviews that she was not with Himalaya for a year and a half. The actress called it a scary phase and said that she gets scared thinking about it even today.
