Two-time Oscar winner and Hollywood legend Anthony Hopkins, is gearing up to star in Maserati: The Brothers a biopic revving up under the direction of Bobby Moresco. Set in the world of fast cars and luxury, Hopkins plays a savvy financier who helped spark the iconic Maserati brand. With production set to start in Bologna, this collaboration reunites Moresco and producer Andrea Iervolino, who previously teamed up on Lamborghini. Here’s hoping this biopic gets more traction than their last bumpy ride!
John Wick spin-off ‘Ballerina’ faces major reshoots and delays
Ballerina the highly anticipated John Wick spin-off starring Ana de Armas, has been pushed to June 2025 due to major reshoots led by Chad Stahelski. Originally slated for last summer, Stahelski, the mastermind behind the main John Wick films, stepped in after early cuts by director Len Wiseman missed the mark. The reshoots caused delays in Stahelski's other projects, including his Highlander reboot with Henry Cavill. Fans can expect action-packed mayhem with Keanu Reeves, Ian McShane, and the late Lance Reddick returning!
Venom's final showdown: A new villain, Knull could be here to stay!
Venom: The Last Dance may mark the end of Eddie Brock's story, but it's just the beginning for the terrifying new villain called Knull. Director Kelly Marcel teases that Knull, the god of Symbiotes, won’t be a one-off villain and could pose a long-term threat, hinting at a larger storyline in the Marvel universe. With Knull’s introduction, this may be Venom’s toughest battle yet! Catch the movie in theaters from October 25, 2024. Details of the film’s OTT release haven’t been announced yet. With a cast featuring Michael Imperioli, Fisher Stevens, and Jim Belushi, this musical delight is set to shine. At the moment, however, the release date remains a mystery!
