Six years of Chi La Sow: Ruhani Sharma pens a heartfelt note for Telugu audience

Telugu film, Chi La Sow, has completed six years of its release. Rahul Ravindran is the director of this romantic comedy drama, which features important roles for Sushanth and Ruhani Sharma. The actress wrote an emotional post on Instagram about how the movie altered her career trajectory in the wake of the film's sixth year of release.

Chi La Sow had marked Ruhani’s debut in Telugu industry. “You accepted me with open arms, and I can’t thank you enough for showering me with such affection. Completing six years in the film industry is a dream I cherish, and I promise to continue bringing you stories and characters that resonate with your hearts,” she wrote, posting a few stills from the film.

Ruhani continued, stating that it has been six years since she entered the film industry with a heart full of aspirations from a village in Himachal Pradesh. Additionally, she conveyed her appreciation to the Telugu audience for welcoming her as Anjali in Chi La Sow and providing her with an opportunity to immerse herself in the culture.

Arjun is single and has no desire to get hitched. He gives in to constant pressure from his best friend and parents and goes on a blind date with Anjali. While Arjun admits to being uninterested in his parents' efforts to find him a match on their first date, Anjali shares her mother's desperation to get her married. In the meantime, Anjali's mother is hospitalized. The main plot point of the movie is how Arjun and Anjali come to realise they are meant to be together during the chaos of events that ensue. The film received a lot of praise for its straightforward story with endearing characters and few dramatic moments.
