Sivakumarin Sabadham release date: When and where to watch this Hip Hop Adhi-starrer

Sivakumarin Sabadham which marks musician-turned-actor Hip Hop Adhi's directorial debut, had hit the screens on September 30. The film was one of the first Tamil projects to have announced its release date after theatres in Tamil Nadu reopened in the last week of August post the outbreak of second wave of COVID-19.

Produced by Sendhil Thyagarajn under the banner of Sathya Jyothi Films, the film has Arunraja cranking the camera and Deepak S Dwaraknath handling editing. Adhi himself has composed music for the project which has Madhuri Jain playing the female lead. Adithya Kathir, Prankster Rahul, VJ Parvathy and Devi Abhinaya are others who have played pivotal roles in the project.

What's Sivakumarin Sabadham all about?

The film's story revolves around Sivakumar (played by Hip Hop Adhi), a middle-class youngster who leads a happy-go-lucky life. After facing constant insults from his family members who are into garment business, he takes a vow to come up in life by earning a lot of money through dedication and hard work.

However, a girl (essayed by Madhuri Jain) enters his life unexpectedly and changes his plans topsy-turvy. But he goes ahead with the plan of reviving the family business with new set of ideas. Will he be able to succeed in life?

When and where to watch Sivakumarin Sabadham?

The movie is having its OTT premiere on Disney+ Hotstar, on December 3, after two months of its theatrical release. Adhi and Sathya Jyothi Films have teamed up again for Anbarivu which is expected to have a direct-to-OTT release on Disney+ Hotstar soon. An official update on the same is awaited.

Interestingly, the production house has recently signed their third continuous project with the actor-musician. The untitled movie will have ARK Saravan at the helm.
