The Varuthapadatha Valibar Sangam music director revealed their fallout in a recent interview
It looks like all is not well with actor Sivakarthikeyan and music composer D Imman. In a recent interview to a regional channel, which is now doing the rounds on the internet, Imman has revealed that he will never ever work with the Maaveeran actor again.
'No more films with Sivakarthikeyan'
The composer alleged that there has been a massive breach of trust between the two and that he cannot even think of working together again. The Kazhuvethi Moorkkan composer, says, "I will never work with Sivakarthikeyan in this lifetime. It would be very difficult to work together and undertake a journey together. It's due to personal reasons. Maybe, if he is born as a hero and I am born as a music director again in our next life, there are chances that we may reunite."
'Sivakarthikeyan betrayed me'
When the interviewer asked Imman, what exactly is brewing between the two, Imman said that the actor betrayed him in a big way. "What he has done is a massive betrayal of trust. I cannot share the same with others, but I cannot work with him ever in future."
The composer added that he has been deliberately avoiding certain things in his life after contemplating on it carefully." There are some things we try to avoid for our own good. This is like that. I needed some clarity in the entire matter and the decision was taken after a lot of consideration. I understood everything very late. By the time I realised that I was taken for a ride, I was too late. I will not do his films."
When quizzed if he asked Sivakarthikeyan why he did the same, Imman said that he did ask the actor about it. "I cannot reveal what he said though. The reason I am not revealing certain things is because I am worried about my children's future. I don't care what the world says about me, or whether I am right or wrong. I do not have a problem with any of that."
