Sita Ramam OTT release date: When and where to watch the Hindi version of Dulquer Salmaan, Mrunal Thakur's film

Sita Ramam, one of the biggest hits of the year which impressed movie buffs across south India, attracted a huge number of audience after its OTT premiere as well. The Telugu movie directed by Hanu Raghavapudi was dubbed in Tamil and Malayalam, too, initially when released in theatres in the first week of August.

The romantic drama, which won the hearts of critics and film lovers in different languages, had its digital premiere in the first week of September. The movie was dropped on Amazon Prime Video.

However, Hindi audiences were miffed with the lack of a dubbed version in the language. They are now elated with Disney+ Hotstar announcing release of the Hindi version of the movie on November 18. Sita Ramam is one of the biggest hits in Dulquer Salmaan's decade-old career.

The performances of lead cast, visuals by PS Vinod and Shreyaas Krishna, music by Vishal Chandrasekhar and engaging screenplay are major aspects which made the movie one of the admired films in 2022. Rashmika Mandanna, Sumanth, Gautham Menon, Prakash Raj and Sachin Khedekar among others play crucial characters in the film.

Its story revolves around an aggressive young Pakistani woman who travels to India to hand over a letter to a mysterious woman. The various challenges she faces to give away the letter handed over to her by her grandfather forms the rest of the story.

The movie became a trendsetter in the career of both Dulquer Salmaan and Mrunal Thakur. Leading Tollywood producer Aswani Dutt has bankrolled the project which was distributed by Dulquer himself in Kerala under the banner of Wayfarer Films.
