Sita Ramam, the war-romance starring Dulquer Salmaan and Mrunal Thakur in the lead, is only a month away from its release on August 5 and the team is chalking out the right promotional strategy to reach out to audiences. The film directed by Hanu Raghavapudi had its teaser launch recently and the first single Oh Rama Hey Sita was a hit with melody lovers. Today, the team has launched the second single, Inthandham - another retro styled melody that's a more rewarding listen than Oh Rama Hey Sita too.

Much like the earlier single, Inthandham is also sung by SPB Charan and he's very much at ease in rendering a number that reminds us of the 50s, 60s melodies with soothing music, captivating lyrics and minimal orchestration. In the song, we see Dulquer a.k.a Lieutenant Ram wooing his lady love Sita a.k.a Mrunal Thakur wherever she goes and the latter teases him even as he makes several romantic advances towards her. The on-screen chemistry between the pair is a delight to watch.

The song is largely shoot in a temple and chirpy, colourful streets with Dulquer looking dapper in his formal wear and Mrunal stealing the show in a vintage look, donning saris of various hues paired with the right jewellery. Krishna Kanth's lyrics flow into the composition seamlessly and the makers have done a wonderful effort in infusing an old-world charm into the number. One can't wait to see how the number would translate onto the big screen.

Rashmika Mandanna, Sumanth, Gautam Menon, Prakash Raj too play important roles in Sita Ramam that has music by Vishal Chandrasekhar. This is Vishal's third collaboration with Hanu Raghavapudi after Krishna Gaadi Veera Prema Gaadha and Padi Padi Leche Manasu. PS Vinod and Shreyaas Krishnan are the cinematographers and Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao is the editor. Sita Ramam, produced by Ashwini Dutt under Swapna Cinema and presented under Vyjayanthi Movies, will release in Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam at once.
