Singham Again: Rohit Shetty and Ajay Devgn's movie trailer to be longest for a Hindi film with THIS duration

The trailer of Rohit Shetty's upcoming film, Singham Again will be released on October 7. The film is the third installment of the Singham franchise.

Rohit Shetty's Singham Again is one of the most anticipated films of 2024. The film will hit theaters on November 1. Ahead of it, today, October 6, the makers dropped an exciting video to announce the trailer’s release date, i.e. October 7, 2024. Now, a recent report revealed the runtime of the trailer and mentioned that it is the longest for a Hindi film.

Pinkvilla reported that the duration of the Singham Again trailer will be 4 minutes 45 seconds, and it will be the longest trailer ever for a Hindi film. The trailer of Rohit Shetty’s Singham Again will feature Ajay Devgn, Kareena Kapoor, Akshay Kumar, Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone, Tiger Shroff, Arjun Kapoor, and Jackie Shroff.

On the other hand, the Bollywood Hungama report mentioned that the trailer of Singham Again will be launched at the sprawling Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre located in Bandra Kurla Complex, Mumbai.

"It’s a 2000-seater auditorium and not just media but even fans of Ajay Devgn, Akshay Kumar, Ranveer Singh, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Deepika Padukone, and Tiger Shroff will also be invited. The trailer is the most awaited of the year and the makers have made sure that even the trailer launch will be the biggest event of 2024," the source added.

Another source informed the portal that Singham Again is a grand film; hence, the makers also want to make sure that the trailer is something big. The trailer content and the headline-grabbing event will ensure that the hype for the film and India’s first cop universe will increase drastically.

Rohit Shetty on making Singham Again

As per Hindustan Times, Rohit Shetty once shared that he was inspired by Salman Khan's Wanted to create the Cop Universe.

He added, “Tell you what, I made Singham because of Wanted. That was a phase when multiplexes had come in. It was 2009, I was making All The Best. PVR had just opened up, and at that time, nobody was making mass action films. Wanted was an underdog that came out.”

At a press conference earlier in March of this year, Amazon Prime Video announced that it was bagging the rights for Singham Again. Meanwhile, Singham Again is the third installment in the cop universe created by Rohit Shetty and a sequel to Singham Returns (2014).
