This morning, the team of Singham Again unveiled the first look of Ranveer from the film, and clearly, he appears like a super energetic ‘Simmba’ in it.

Filmmaker Rohit Shetty and the team of Singham Again welcomed Ranveer Singh to the cop universe. On Instagram today, Rohit Shetty wrote, “Hum sabka favourite!!! Singham Returns, a 2014 Indian Hindi-language action film, was both written and directed by Rohit Shetty. The film was produced by Ajay Devgn Films, Reliance Entertainment, and Rohit Shetty Picturez. Loosely drawing inspiration from the 1993 Malayalam film Ekalavyan, Singham Returns serves as a sequel to the 2011 film Singham, marking the second installment in Shetty's Cop Universe.

The 2021 film ‘Sooryavanshi’ marked the fourth installment in Rohit Shetty's cop universe. Ranveer Singh portrayed a police officer in the 2018 film ‘Simmba’, while Ajay Devgn took on the role of a cop in the Singham series. In Sooryavanshi, Akshay Kumar assumed the lead as Veer Suryavanshi, a character initially introduced as an Anti-Terrorist Squad (ATS) officer in a cameo role in Simmba.
Meanwhile, Rohit Shetty's upcoming project, Indian Police Force, is set to expand the cop universe. The film will star Sidharth Malhotra in the lead role, alongside Shilpa Shetty and Vivek Oberoi.
