With Friends gearing up for the special reunion episode, here are some shows of the same era that we miss,
The 90s and early 2000s were a great time to be a fan of TV series. Quality shows that could be enjoyed by all age groups along with stellar actors made for must-watch TV. It’s no wonder that some of these series are still being binged.
While fans of the popular TV show Friends only have a few more days to wait before the Reunion special episode drops, we can’t help but wonder what if our other favourite shows too make a comeback. If Friends, Dexter and Fresh Prince of Belair can return, why can’t others?
Here are some shows that we would love to see:
Mr Bean
From the genius of Rowan Atkinson, Mr Bean is a perfect watch for a boring and lazy day. An irresistible comedy, the show can be enjoyed by people across ages. Watching Mr Bean doing nothing but stupid acts will never ever be boring to watch.
The Suite Life of Zack and Cody
Featuring the twin Sprouse brothers, The Suite Life of Zack and Cody is about two young siblings loitering around their suite, being mischievous, having fun and causing trouble for others. Now doesn’t that sound like your own childhood?
Hannah Montana
Hannah Montana was a show that made us dream about leading a life like a rockstar. The misadventures of Hannah and her equally weird family will leave you in splits. The show is sure to take you back to your happy and carefree days.
Entourage
Entourage is the story of four friends living a lavish and adventurous life in Hollywood after one of them becomes a film star. Bringing to light the lifestyle of the young in LA, the show is a humorous journey of a group of friends, navigating in and out of stardom.
Scrubs
The hospital comedy-drama focuses on a medical intern who has just started off his career, working at a hospital. As the protagonist juggles between his work, friends and an unpredictable future, the show will give you life lessons while making you laugh.
Community
Community revolves around a lawyer, who goes back to college after his bogus law degree is exposed and forms a study group filled with all the outcasts of his class. Showcasing different students with different personalities and temperaments hustling through college and making memories together, this show will make you recap your college days.
House
House is one of the most engaging medical dramas ever. It centres around a sarcastic and genius diagnostician Dr Gregory House, who leads a team that specialises in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with unique and rare symptoms.
