Priya Vadlamani, Pragathi, Suhas, Srikanth Iyengar too play key roles in the film
Shiva Kandukuri, son of producer Raj Kandukuri, is a busy man these days. While he wrapped the shoot of his Netflix anthology Meet Cute, directed by Nani’s sister Deepthi Ghanta, many months ago, he is awaiting the release of two films in the coming months. While there’s the small-town thriller Bhoothaddam Bhaskar Narayana, he’ll also be seen in a romance Manu Charitra.
Both the above mentioned films have already completed filming. Manu Charitra has gone a step ahead and finished its post-production formalities too. Megha Akash and Priya Vadlamani play the female leads in the film. Bharath Pedagani makes his directorial debut with the intense love story set amidst Warangal. Shankar Pictures has acquired the worldwide rights of the film.
The release date of Manu Charitra will be announced soon. Narala Srinivas Reddy is the producer of the film made under Proddutur Talkies. Gopi Sundar has composed the music for the film while Rahul Shrivatsav has cranked the camera. Prawin Pudi is the editor and Upender Reddy is the art director respectively. Real Satish, Nandu and Jashuva are the stunt choreographers.
Chandra Kiran and Bhanu have choreographed the dance moves. Pragati Srivatsav, Suhas, Dolly Dhanunjay, Srikanth Iyengar, Madhunandan, Raghu, Devi Prasad, Pramodini, Sanjay Swaroop, Harshitha, Garima, Karan, Gaddam Shiva and Pradeep too play key roles in the film. Manu Charitra comes with a tagline ‘Falling in love is a painful joy’
Megha Akash, the film’s female lead is also part of Maate Manthramu and Prema Desam. Choosi Choodangaane, streaming on aha and Amazon Prime Video, helmed by Sesha Sindhu, marked the acting debut of Shiva Kandukuri. Gamanam, an anthology of stories set amidst Hyderabad floods, directed by Sujana Rao, was his second film. Gamanam had its OTT release on Amazon Prime.
