Shershaah's Raataan Lambiyan song teaser: A promising glimpse of a soulful number from the war drama

The Vishnuvardhan directorial, starring Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani, arrives on Amazon Prime Video on August 12.,

The makers of Shershaah unveiled the teaser of a romantic number from the film. The mushy romantic track titled Raataan Lambiyan features Kiara Advani and Sidharth Malhotra. Sung by Jubin Nautiyal and Asees Kaur, the track has been lyricised and composed by Tanishk Bagchi.

The clip released by Sony Music India on its Instagram handle shows Kiara and Sidharth as a fairly young couple in love. The glimpses of the actress’ character in the teaser video remind the audiences of her character Preeti from the Shahid Kapoor starrer Kabir Singh. The soulful track will release on July 30.

The music company’s Instagram post reads, “One day before we feel the love in its truest form. #RaataanLambiyan out tomorrow. #Shershaah #ShershaahOnPrime.”

Recently, in an interview with Indian Express, talking about the Kargil war hero Vikram Batra, his charm and charisma, Kiara spoke, “He was so dynamic and heroic, not only because he sacrificed his life for the country but also, everything he did was in true hero style. Whether it was his love story or the way he was with his comrades, friends and everyone else, there was so much heroism in it.”

Meanwhile, the actress also shared the teaser video on Instagram and wrote that the audiences will get to witness a unique love story in the song.
