Three officers are assigned to solve a robbery case: the seasoned Assistant Police Sub Inspector Pralhad Ghodke (Ashok Saraf), the ill-mannered Assistant Police Inspector Dilip Thakur (Upendra Limaye), and the eager rookie Assistant Police Sub Inspector Subhash Jadhav (Vikas Patil).
Even though the three of them have different outlooks towards life, they get along well at the Andheri police station. Blamed for their dreary performance and sick of their monotonous routines, the three get a case that has the potential to alter their professional paths. They apprehend Manoj Pande (Suyog Gorhe) of a jewellery crime syndicate, but they quickly come to the conclusion that Pande is merely a tiny fish in the ocean.
A team of officers tries to solve a crime involving stolen gold ornaments. During the investigation, a number of humorous scenarios pop up. Public chatter or commentary on topics like bureaucracy, corruption, and the frequently ineffective nature of small-town policing intersperses these sequences. The movie also discusses the value of community support in problem-solving, friendship, and loyalty.
Shentimental, directed by Sameer Patil, can be watched anytime on Ultra Jhakaas and OTTplay Premium.
On IMDb, this movie is rated 7.3/10. Stay tuned for more exciting updates on OTTPlay App!
