The film also stars Ritu Varma, Vennela Kishore, Amala Akkineni, Nasser and Priyadarshi,
Actor Sharwanand, whose last release was the rural drama Sreekaram (streaming on Sun Nxt), will be seen next in a slice-of-life family entertainer titled Oke Oka Jeevitham. The film's first look was out today. The project, incidentally the 30th film of the lead actor, helmed by first-time director Shree Karthick, is produced by SR Prakash Babu and SR Prabhu under the banner Dream Warrior Pictures. Ritu Varma plays the female lead in the Tamil-Telugu bilingual, where Vennela Kishore, Amala Akkineni, Nasser and Priyadarshi essay key roles.
The first look hints at an entertainer with elements of time travel and nostalgia, comprising several visual motifs like the post office, letter, music cassette, kites, cell tower, mobile, music system, flight and many elements from multiple eras. Sharwanand, carrying a guitar, looks as if he's ready for a trip of a lifetime. The makers are confident that the mother-son thread in the film will strike a chord with viewers.
Pelli Choopulu-filmmaker Tharun Bhascker has penned the dialogues for Oke Oka Jeevitham. Jakes Bejoy, who has worked on films like Mallesham and Awe, has composed the tunes for the film whose cinematographer and editor are Sujeeth Sarang and Sreejith Sarang respectively. The film went on floors in 2019 and wrapped its shoot recently.
