The business reality show, Shark Tank India became an overnight sensation in the country with the sharks rising to fame like 'stars', making headlines even today despite the show ending early in February. The shark Anupam Mittal recently shared a video and images of his extended family which has taken the internet by storm.
In the video, Shaadi.com founder, Mittal is seen with his wife Aanchal Kumar and their daughter spending quality time with a horse. The entrepreneur introduced his 'extended family' to his fans, naming the horse 'Easter. The three are seen petting the horse. Sharing a few images as well on Instagram, Mittal wrote: “Meet Easter, the latest member of our extended family. She’s a calm & delightful baby and she’s well taken care of by India’s legendary jockey Pesi Shroff (feat. above) and his team. Hope u have a Happy Easter too.”

A fan commented, “Can I get a reply from my favourite shark?” To which, Mittal responded by saying, “Flattery will get you everywhere.” Another fan joked about Shaadi.com and said, “Dekho inhone nayi scheme nikali h rishta pakka hone pr ghodi bhi inki taraf se hai.” Mittal replied to the fan's comment with “hahaha.”
Meanwhile, Shark Tank India is an official adaptation of the US show, Shark Tank. Season one of the show, which features startup founders pitching their businesses for funds in exchange for a stake in their companies, was hosted by Rannvijay Singha. The show, apart from Mittal, was also judged by Ashneer Grover (BharatPe co-founder), Vineeta Singh (Sugar Cosmetics co-founder and CEO), Aman Gupta (boAt co-founder and CMO), Peyush Bansal (Lenskart co-founder and CEO), Namita Thapar (Emcure Pharmaceuticals executive director) and Ghazal Alagh (MamaEarth co-founder).
