"So what I was trying to say is that if you don't continue to grow and evolve, evolve as a person throughout your life's journey, whether it's in your business, whether it's who you are, I mean, I'm sure you're not the same person today that you were five years ago. It's not possible. How many times have people come across to you and said, you have changed? people put a very negative connotation to that," she said.

Gauri wondered how people will grow through the journey of life if they don't change and evolve with time. The entrepreneur pointed out that the business cycle is the same. "If I say that I started my business on Facebook, then I will only do it on Facebook. To hell with Instagram, to hell with TikTok, and Snapchat. I could not do that, right? I will not be like okay, these are foreigners. I don't have an interest in them. I'll not understand them. I was like, no, this is a customer group which I need to figure out," added Varma.

Explaining her point further, the entrepreneur mentioned, "So if you don't have that itchiness, restlessness to grow, to strive, and it's like, it's the same thing with my product. How did 800 products come about? That's what I told Anupam if I was not restless, then I would only still be making that one fondant. I would have not expanded the range. You have to take it either negative or positive. I think that's where a little bit of the frustration came out because he didn't take it in the way that I had intended for it to come out."
