Actor Sushant Singh Rajput passed away in June 2020 at the age of 34.
Sharad Kelkar recently remarked about TV actors making the switch from the small screen to the big screen while remembering the late actor Sushant Singh Rajput. He claimed that SSR served as an example for everyone.
Sharad claimed that Sushant did some really great work in both films and television in an interview with a news website. SSR was one of our best industry performers, according to Kelkar. Sharad continued by saying that Sushant was eager about developing as an actor. He set an example for everyone and showed to them how a TV actor can move from television to movies.
"Sushant did some excellent work in television. He was a good hero. And even in films, he did excellent work. He was one of the finest young talents we had. Unfortunately, he is not with us,” the actor told Mashable India.
Sharad remembered that while he was a television actor, Sushant's set was immediately next to his, and the two of them occasionally got together. He claimed that he was a kind boy who had the spark. Sharad continued by saying that Sushant always aspired to do something extraordinary and that he succeeded in doing so.
“He had that passion that he wanted to prove himself. He showed everyone how a TV actor could transition into films. Hats off to him, he proved it. He set an example for everyone,” he added.
