Shakhahaari is a 2024 Kannada film that was a decent hit at the box office. The film is now streaming on Amazon Prime and has been getting decent applause. But things have gone to the next level as noted producer, Balu Charan has bought the dubbing rights under his Hanuman Productions banner and sold the Telugu rights to Aha.

Goparaju Ramana dubs for Kannada hit Shakhahaari

Along with Amazon Prime, Shakhahaari is now streaming on Aha from August 24, 2024. The special aspect of the Aha release is that popular Telugu actor, Goaraju Ramana has dubbed for the character of Ranganya Raghu. This is the first time that something like this has happened.

A film that is out on OTT and can be streamed in Telugu has been dubbed again and sold to yet another OTT platform. Aha has been bagging the OTT rights of various South Indian films. This started when the Malayalam hit, Premalu ended as a smash hit on Aha.

Kannada hit Shakhahaari is now streaming on Aha

Since then, Aha has grabbed the OTT rights of various Kannada, Malayalam, and Tamil films and streamed them on their platform. The same has happened with Shakhahaari. Directed by Sandeep Sunkad, Shakhahaari is a murder mystery. The film also stars Gopalkrishna Deshpande, Vinay Uj, Nidhi Hegde, and Harini Srikanth in key roles.

The film had BGM by Mayur Ambekallu who won solid applause for his score. Shakhahaari won a lot of critical acclaim but the box office result was not that great. Now that it is streaming on Aha, all those who love murder mysteries can give the film a shot. Watch this space for more updates.
