Shah Rukh Khan’s manager Pooja Dadlani shared a statement that dismissed the latest claims made by Subramanian Swamy.
Shah Rukh Khan is back in the news and not for a film, a brand campaign, or a moving speech, but for something that according to his recent statement he has no connection with. The country woke up this morning to BJP leader Subramanian Swamy making some very shocking claims about Prime Minister Narendra Modi calling Shah Rukh Khan for help to bring back the 8 Naval officers stuck in Qatar. The claims said that it was the Jawan actor who helped. Turns out King Khan’s office has now issued a statement where they have refuted the claim and have clarified that they have no connections to the process of bringing back the officers to India.
SRK’s manager Pooja Dadlani on her Instagram handle shared a statement that was titled, “Official statement from the office of Mr Shah Rukh Khan.” The statement read, “Regarding the reports concerning Shah Rukh Khan's purported role in the release of India's naval officers from Qatar, the office of Mr. Shah Rukh Khan says that any such assertions of his involvement are unfounded, emphasizing the execution of this successful resolution solely rests with the Indian government officials and unequivocally denies Mr. Khan’s participation in this matter.”
“Additionally, all matters involving diplomacy and statecraft are best executed by our very able leaders. Mr. Khan, like many other Indians, is happy that the naval officers are home safe and wishes them all the best,” it concluded. Fans are now reacting to this update after spending half the day in confusion as this was a rather shocking update to come from a leader as big as Swamy.

If you are confused, on Monday, the Indian Government brought back eight Naval officers from Qatar, where they were all detained and were on death row. Seven of them have been brought back to India. The Indian Government also thanked the Amir Of The State Of Qatar for deciding to leave the personnel and giving them safe passage. However, today when Narendra Modi announced his Qatar trip on X (formerly called Twitter), a leader from his ruling party, Subramanian Swamy, had a shocking claim to make.
In his post on X, where he was seen replying to PM Modi, Swamy wrote, “Modi should take Cinema star Sharuk Khan to Qatar with him since after MEA and NSA had failed to persuade the Shiekhs of Qatar, Modi pleaded with Khan to intervene, and thus got an expensive settlement from the Qatar Shiekhs to free our Naval officers.” This created all the confusion about Shah Rukh Khan’s involvement in the entire row.
