Shah Rukh Khan's character details for King revealed!
Following her acting debut with The Archies, Suhana Khan is ready to make her big screen debut with Sujoy Ghosh's film King. Interestingly, this film also features Suhana's father and Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan. The father-daughter duo will be together for the first time on the big screen. The latest development about King is regarding SRK's character detail. According to a Mid-Day report, Shah Rukh will be seen portraying the role of a don and a mentor to Suhana in King.
Shah Rukh Khan to play a don in King?
As per the media report, Shah Rukh and Suhana's first schedule of King will begin in January 2025. Abbas Tyrewala has apparently completed the dialogues of the Sujoy Ghosh directorial.
Sharing some details about SRK's character, a source told the tabloid, "With shades of grey, Shah Rukh plays a don and a mentor to Suhana’s character. He helps her navigate her way through the crime-infested world while testing her survival skills against their common enemy, played by Abhishek Bachchan."

The report further suggests SRK, Suhana, Abhay Verma, and Abhishek Bachchan will kickstart the first schedule in Budapest next year. It has been reported that the makers are planning to bring some of Hollywood's top action directors for King. Siddharth Anand has designed the film's action sequences and is also the creative producer of the movie.

Buzz is that an official announcement about King will be made on Shah Rukh Khan's birthday this year. SRK and Suhana have begun training for the film's action sequences. The film's music will be composed by Anirudh Ravichander. He has already created the background score for the film's announcement video.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Shah Rukh was last seen in Rajkumar Hirani's movie Dunki with Taapsee Pannu, Vicky Kaushal, and others. As for Suhana, she made her debut with The Archies, which was released on Netflix in 2023.
