Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan is currently making a lot of headlines as social media is filled with multiple glimpses from his hosting of the IIFA Awards 2024. The Awards night was held in Abu Dhabi and as usual, with his charm, gestures, and wit, the actor entertained everyone. While the actor was on stage, he mentioned about the 'tough time' he faced while filming his 2023 film Jawan, referring to his son Aryan Khan's arrest case.

SRK was the host on the second day of the IIFA Awards 2024 in Abu Dhabi. He hosted the night with Vicky Kaushal and Karan Johar and made sure the audience enjoyed every bit of it by performing on songs including Jhoome Jo Pathaan and Oo Antava from Pushpa. He looked sharp in a black suit for the event. The actor bagged the award for 'Best Actor in a Leading Role' for his film Jawan at IIFA. During his winning speech, the superstar talked about the Aryan Khan case.
In his winning speech, he said, "Somebody reminded me that money needs to be put into a film. So I want to thank Gauri (Khan). She may be the only wife who's spending more on the husband than the other way around. We were going through a tough time while making Jawan (referring to the Aryan Khan case)."
As everyone is aware, Shah Rukh's elder son Aryan was arrested after the raid on the Cordelia cruise in Mumbai took place on October 3, 2021. After Aryan served some days in prison, a special investigation team (SIT) gave him a clean chit on May 27, 2023, mentioning that he was not a part of any larger drug-dealing racket.

On the professional front, after delivering three blockbusters - Pathaan, Jawan, and Dunki, Shah Rukh Khan will next star in King. Directed by Sujot Ghost, the film will also feature his daughter Suhana Khan, Abhishek Bachchan and Abhay Verma.
