Today was indeed an incredible day for team India after the nail-biting win in the semi-finals against New Zealand and Virat Kohli’s spectacular performance on the cricket field. The king of Bollywood, Shah Rukh Khan congratulated Team India for the win and also expressed his hearty wishes for the big Finals.

The anxiety turned into an overwhelming victory as India entered the finals after defeating New Zealand and emerging as the winner of the semi-final match. SRK also poured his heart out and lauded the Indian team for their performance and team spirit on the field.
Some cricket fans celebrated on the fields, while others penned congratulatory posts on social media. From B-town queens Kareena Kapoor Khan, and Kiara Advani to TV actress Nia Sharma, and Mouni Roy , everyone celebrated India’s triumph in their special way.

Taking to X (formerly Twitter), the Jawan actor shared BCCI’s picture of the team and wrote, “What a display of team spirit and play. Unto winning the finals now. All the best….India !!!”
A historic win!
Former captain of the men's cricket team Virat Kohli emerged as the only Indian cricketer to hit 50 century and created a new record for most runs in a single edition. The win became historic after he surpassed Sachin Tendulkar’s previous ground-breaking record and created history.
Many fans commented on SRK's X post and some even requested him to watch the Final match live as they are hopeful his presence would win India its World Cup. One fan commented, "Last time when you went to watch the final, India won the World Cup." While others praised Virat and Mohammad Shami's stellar performance during the match.
