The first episode of Tom Hiddleston's Loki released on June 9.
Shah Rukh Khan, Loki.
All MCU fans who had been waiting to see Loki’s story post Avengers: Endgame, could finally witness it from June 9. Superstar Shah Rukh Khan also happens to be an MCU lover, as he has now expressed his desire to watch the Tom Hiddleston starrer web series.
In a reply to a promotional video, where Tom Hiddleston can be seen playing the game of word association, Shah Rukh wrote in his Twitter post, “You are kind, God of Mischief... hope there’s no mischief behind this claim though." Wishing lots of love to Tom, he expressed how he can’t wait to binge Loki and is starting now with episode 1.
During the game, he was asked, as a part of the quiz, about India and Bollywood. He replied that both the words remind him of Shah Rukh Khan.
On being enquired about India, he said, “Shah Rukh Khan.” Tom, on hearing Bollywood, questioned, “Am I allowed to say Shah Rukh Khan again?"
Surprisingly, he picked Chennai when asked about an Indian city. He revealed, that his ‘akka’ (elder sister) lived in that city so he visited it a few times to see her. “Chennai is great,” he added.
At the same time, Tom comments that Hulk is not the strongest Avenger, in spite of the popular opinion. The same holds true for Loki’s character, who looks down upon all the Avengers.
Loki's first episode offers a sneak peek into what happened to the ‘God of mischief’ after he took the Tesseract and vanished. It introduces the ‘Time Variance Authority’ (TVA) and marks the entry of Owen Wilson with it, into the Marvel Universe.
Loki is currently streaming on Disney+ Hotstar, with a new episode being dropped every Wednesday.
