Secret Home song – ‘Pathiye Thoduvaan’ sets an enigmatic tone, raises anticipation for the Sshivada-starrer

The music video of Pathiye Thoduvaan in Secret Home shows a budding friendship between the characters, played by Sshivada and Anu Mohan, who appear to be colleagues.

The creators of the upcoming Malayalam film, Secret Home, unveiled their second song, a week before the film's theatrical debut. The song titled ‘Pathiye Thoduvaan’ is sung by Najim Arshad. Sankar Sharma has composed the soundtrack for this film. The song's lyrics have been written by B K Harinarayanan.

The music video shows a budding friendship between the characters, played by Sshivada and Anu Mohan, who appear to be colleagues. It also reveals Sshivada's relationship with her son. By the end of the video, though, it is clear that these two characters are shrouded in mystery.

Chandhunadh, Sshivada, Aparna Das, and Anu Mohan provided a glimpse into their characters' lives in the first song, 'Ormachottil'. It shows the four main characters getting entangled in a horrifying crime, but it does not disclose much about the plot. The makers' tagline, which follows the music video, claims that when things go wrong, people can see their grey version.

Secret Home to release this week

The thrilling drama will open in theatres all over the state on March 22. The movie's producers had postponed the film's release twice. It was first supposed to debut on March 1 and then postponed to March 15.

In the upcoming week, the movie's trailer and the supporting cast's names should be revealed. The story of Secret Home revolves around four people who get entangled in a horrible crime involving an unusual mansion full of secrets. As the story progresses, more and more ambiguities of the characters emerge.

In an interview with OTTplay, actress Sshivada revealed that she is portraying Sariga, an IT specialist, in this imaginative retelling of a true story. Despite not giving away too much about the character, she said that the topic is relevant to society. "When I first heard the story, I thought it was unique," she remarked. Debutante Abhayakumar K has directed Secret Home, which was mostly shot in various parts of Kottayam.
