Second song of Malaikottai Valiban out; Mohanlal dances to the lively beats of Raakk

The makers of Malaikottai Valiban released the second song, Raakk, on December 29. The song, composed by Prashant Pillai, is sung by Mohanlal. P S Rafeeque has written the lyrics of this song.
The three-minute lyrical music video has amassed over 2,500 views in five minutes of its release on YouTube. By the end of the video, Mohanlal is seen dancing to the tune. The first song of the film, Punnara Kattile Poovanatthil, was released on December 15.
Fans of the actor are expressing excitement about his appearance in the song and are flooding social media with comments, speculating that the film will smash Mohanlal's box office records. The film, which takes place in the years leading up to independence, stars the actor as a wrestler.

Malaikottai Valiban is one of the most eagerly awaited films of 2024 and is predicted to give Mohanlal another hit after the success of Jeethu Joseph’s courtroom drama Neru, which was released on December 21.
Lijo Jose Pellissery's film Malaikottai Valiban will open in theatres on January 25. John & Mary Creative, Maxlab Cinemas and Entertainments, Yoodlee Films, Century Films, and Amen Movie Monastery are among the financiers of the historical action movie. The film's cinematographer, Madhu Neelakandan, shot scenes in Pondicherry, Chennai, and Rajasthan.
The film also features Sonalee Kulkarni, Hareesh Peradi, Katha Nandi, Danish Sait, Manoj Moses, and Manikandan Achari in prominent roles. This movie is scheduled for simultaneous release in Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi.
Netizens' opinions of the movie's teaser, which was released on December 6, were divided because it only gave a glimpse at Mohanlal's character and offered little information about the movie and other characters in it. There are rumours that the actor will be playing two roles in the movie.
