The revenge tale you've been waiting for is about to begin on OTT! Following a successful run in theatres, SAW X will have its digital debut on February 23, 2024, on Lionsgate Play in India. Upon its theatrical release, audiences eagerly awaited Jigsaw's triumphant return to the silver screen in the tenth thrilling chapter of the drama. Fans of the franchise will never forget SAW X thanks to its fresh mission, twisted traps, and surprising turns. A twisted prequel: Exploring Jigsaw's secret story
The darkest SAW film to date delves into the secret story of Jigsaw's most intimate game. In this prequel to SAW I and II, a sick and hopeless John goes to Mexico for an experimental medical treatment in the hopes of a miraculous cure for his sickness. However, John soon discovers that the entire endeavour is a deceitful scheme designed to exploit the most vulnerable individuals in society. With a renewed sense of purpose, John gets back to his business, using his trademark visceral style to turn the tables on the con artists through a series of clever and terrifying traps.

Meanwhile, in a statement, Tobin Bell commented when asked about his perspective on playing John Kramer. He said that no matter how extreme John’s methods are, it’s his job to flesh him out, to be on his side, and to draw audiences into his thought processes. The actor finds his character intriguing because of that. John is a multi-faceted character who confronts the evil in his world in a manner that is new to him. While the spectator enjoys an incredible cinematic experience, it is his responsibility to give John a human and realistic side.
Delving deeper: John Kramer's evolution across the franchise
John gives serious consideration to his actions, as Bell elaborates. Starting with the first film, James Wan and Leigh Whannell have given them the opportunity to delve deeper into the character with each subsequent installment. Furthermore, he anticipates that the audience will be astounded by this latest film.
On February 23, SAW X will make its debut on Lionsgate Play.
