Vanishka Kaushik, Satish Kaushik’s daughter, had previously shared pictures with her now-deceased filmmaker.
Satish Kaushik’s 11 YO daughter Vanishka has deleted her Instagram account just days after her father’s sudden demise.
The 66-year-old actor and director Satish Kaushik passed suddenly on Wednesday (March 9). Anupam Kher, a friend and colleague, tweeted about his demise on Twitter. In the NCR, Satish Kaushik had a heart attack and passed away. After being examined at the Fortis hospital in Gurgaon, his body will be sent to Mumbai.
Satish Kaushik was an Indian actor, director, producer, comedian, and screenwriter. He began his career in theatre and is an alumnus of the National School of Theatre and the Cinema and Television Institute of India.
In the course of his long and illustrious career, he went on to work in a number of movies, including Mr. India, Deewana Mastana, Brick Lane, Saajan Chale Sasural, and many others. He has helmed movies like Tere Naam, Prem, Hum Aapke Dil Mein Rehte Hain, and Roop Ki Rani Choron Ka Raja, among others.
To keep his memories alive, Vanshika had shared a picture with him on Instagram which went viral within hours of her posting it.
However, Vanshika has now deleted her Instagram account as all the posts with the late Satish Kaushik tagged on many of his previous social media posts and her Instagram handle are all inactive. Vanishka Kaushik’s Instagram name was @vanshika_kaesthetic. However, the page no longer exists on the photo-sharing application.
Shortly after Satish Kaushik’s demise, Saanvi Malu had claimed that the veteran actor-filmmaker was allegedly killed by her husband over a dispute involving 15 crore INR.
However, Satish Kaushik’s wife Shashi Kaushik soon clarified that there was no such financial dispute between Satish Kaushik and Saanvi’s husband Vikas Malu. Regardless, this allegation is currently being probed by authorities, as per a report by The Times of India.
Earlier, Delhi Police ruled out the foul play angle in the actor-filmmaker's death, quoting in their preliminary report that he had passed away due to “cardiac arrest caused by coronary artery blockage associated with coronary artery disease”.
