The makers of Mahesh Babu and Keerthi Suresh’s Sarkaru Vaari Paata released a new poster for Parasuram’s upcoming poster on the occasion of Sivarathri. The poster became a rage as soon as it was shared by the Telugu superstar on his social media handles and .

It features Mahesh Babu taking out a villain wielding an iron rod. In the background, a number of goons with weapons in their hands can be spotted. “A demeanor so calm and a rage so destructive. Team #SarkaruVaariPaata wishes everyone a Happy Shivaratri,” went the caption of the film’s producers, Mythri Movie Makers, who tweeted the image.

Meanwhile, the star took the opportunity to wish the fans a happy Maha Shivaratri. “May the ever benevolent Lord Shiva bring strength and abundance! Let good conquer all evil!” wrote the actor, sharing the poster.

Sarkaru Vaari Paata which is also written by filmmaker Parasuram, will be an entertainer and is expected to have enough action, romance, comedy and drama to keep the audience engaged.

Also featuring Keerthy Suresh, Samuthirakani, the movie is jointly produced by Mythri Movie Makers, GMB Entertainment and 14 Reels Plus. Sarkaru Vaari Paata is set to hit theaters on May 12 nationwide.

S Thaman is the music composer of the movie, while R Madhi and Marthand K Venkatesh are the cinematographer and editor, respectively. The makers had previously released the movie’s first single on the eve of Valentine's Day and the song went on to be a big hit with the fans.

The much-awaited action flick was earlier scheduled to hit screens in January 2022, but the makers had to postpone it, following the delays caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Mahesh Babu, who was last seen in the 2020 action comedy Sarileru Neekevvaru is also the producer for Adivi Sesh’s pan-Indian multi-lingual movie, Major.
