The Kedarnath actress also referred to her mother as "the most grounding factor" of her life, adding that she doesn't allow her to get swayed.
Sara acknowledged that Amrita Singh us the "most grounding factor" in her life, adding that she keeps herself grounded by not taking the privileges of the film industry "too seriously." She further added that she's been brought up to be real and humble and that she doesn't know any other way to be.

Sara recalled that when she returned from a European trip last year, her mother teased her for putting on too much weight. "I came back from Europe last year overweight, and she was like, ‘What are you doing? What is going on? They write good things about you. Tere vaste falak se main chaand launga but you are looking like the sky yourself! Where is the chaand?'''
This clearly shows that Amrita Singh isn't one to mince words and neither do Sara's school friends. The actress revealed that her school friends keep giving her a reality check and don't let her go overboard with the fame that she enjoys as a Bollywood actress.
Sara added that her mother's experiences of being a top actor and then not doing too many films have also had an impact on her. Moreover, her father, Saif Ali Khan, was judged for each film he did, and that changed how people treated him socially. So, she doesn't take fame, glamour and popularity seriously in her day-to-day life. However, Sara has been a busy actor, with two back-to-back releases: Ae Watan Mere Watan on Amazon Prime Video and the Netflix film Murder Mubarak.
