Sara Ali Khan shares memories of debut film Kedarnath while filming in Khopoli

Sara Ali Khan has taken to social media to share her memories of working on her debut film, Kedarnath. The actor has shared photos from Khopoli, remembering her days working on the film with Sushant Singh Rajput.

Sara Ali Khan shared a short video on the story feature on Instagram from Khopoli, where she is filming for her next. The actor wrote, “Throwback to Kedarnath shoot days,” along with the video. Sara had shot portions of Kedarnath in the Raigad district and seems to have awoken some fine memories on her return after five years.

The daughter of actors Amrita Singh and Saif Ali Khan, Sara Ali Khan is currently filming for a movie, titled Gaslight in Khopoli. In the Instagram story, she also wrote, “Sun, Shoot, Swim, Saturday - Sara’s favourite S’s”.

Meanwhile, released on December 7, 2018, Kedarnath is a romantic drama, written and directed by Abhishek Kapoor. The film also stars Nitish Bharadwaj, Alka Amin, Sonali Sachdev, and Pooja Gor, among others in important roles.

The movie received mixed reactions and reviews following its release and while the story was said to be a very common one, the visuals and performances from both the leads were highly appreciated.

Sara Ali Khan, who has been in the industry for five years now, has not starred in a long list of films. She followed up Kedarnath with Rohit Shetty’s Simmba with Ranveer Singh, Love Aaj Kal with Kartik Aaryan and Coolie No. 1 with Varun Dhawan, which is the reboot of Govinda’s film of the same name. The actor was most recently seen in Aanand L. Rai romantic drama Atrangi Re, starring Akshay Kumar and Dhanush. The movie is available to stream on Disney+ Hotstar.
