Sapta Sagaradaache Ello is now Sapta Sagaralu Dhaati; to release in Telugu on THIS date
The first of the two-part film by Hemanth M Rao had released in Kannada on September 1 to widely positive reviews and is now set for a Telugu outing

Actor-filmmaker Rakshit Shetty was clear that when Sapta Sagaradaache Ello Side A releases in theatres, it would be in the Kannada original version only. Like any good businessman, he too was ready with dubbed versions of the film, but was determined to put them out for the public only when the demand for it arises, which, he was sure the Kannada film would generate. In theatres with English subtitles, the Hemanth M Rao directed film was warmly received by audiences with a keen interest in love stories. The film has done fairly well at the box office since its September 1 release and continues to do so, and with the second part, Side B, just over a month away, Rakshit is now ready to take the film to other audiences and gauge how it is received.

On September 22, Sapta Sagaradaache Ello Side A will release as Sapta Sagaralu Dhaati for Telugu audiences. Taking to social media to announce the same, Rakshit wrote, “As Sapta Sagaradaache Ello’s love resounds across Karnataka, our cinema is now poised to capture hearts in a whle new arena! Rleasing Sapta Sagaralu Dhaati in Telugu on 22nd September. Our dear Telugu audience, we hope you accept our labour of love as your own.” Described as an intense love story, Sapta Sagaradaache Ello follows much-in-love Manu (Rakshit) and Priya (Rukmini Vasanth). He works as a driver for a business magnate, while she is an aspiring singer raised by a single mother. Manu and Priya dream of a future together, with a house by the sea-side, all of which comes crashing down when he decides to own up to somebody else’s mistake and is incarcerated for the same. What this does to Manu and Priya’s relationship is what Side A is all about.
Side B, meanwhile, is set 10 years after the events of Side A, and follows Manu’s life back after he is set free. Chaithra J Achar joins the narrative at this point as Surabhi, but whether she is a new love interest or someone for Manu to lean on remains to be seen. While Rakshit and Rukmini’s chemistry was one of the major highlights of Side A, Charan Raj’s soul-stirring score and Avaitha Gurumurthy’s visual landscape were also focal points.
