Sankranthiki Vasthunnam is a smash hit at the box office clocking record numbers with each passing day. We at OTTplay have already revealed that Zee5 has bagged the OTT rights to the film for a fancy price. With the film becoming a blockbuster, Dil Raju has finalized the deal and made a few changes.

According to one of the team members, Zee5 has paid a whopping ₹30 crore to acquire the digital rights to the film—this is the highest-ever price for a Venkatesh film to date. With this OTT deal, Dil Raju has landed in a massive profit zone and is poised to earn significant revenue in the days to come. The satellite rights deal has also been finalized, fetching the makers a substantial amount.
Interestingly, Dil Raju did not finalize the digital rights deal before the film's release. However, once the film became a hit, he locked the agreement with Zee5, significantly increasing its value. As per the latest update, Sankranthiki Vasthunnam will be available on OTT in the second week of February 2025.
The film's stellar box office performance has surprised everyone in the trade. Anil Ravipudi, the mastermind behind the movie, has once again demonstrated his prowess in crafting entertaining narratives. His ability to present a simple subject in a highly engaging manner highlights his talent. This marks Anil Ravipudi's eighth blockbuster, as he continues his streak of not having a single flop in his career.
