Sanak: Vidyut Jammwal’s action thriller gets an official release date by Disney+ Hotstar

Also starring Neha Dhupia, the movie will start streaming on Disney+ Hotstar on October 15.

Vidyut Jammwal has established himself as an action star across the country with his selection of movies involving high-octane stunts. He has another action thriller titled Sanak which will be released on Disney+ Hotstar on October 15.

The makers of the movie and the streaming giant announced the release date on Wednesday.

Disney+ Hotstar also shared a new poster for the movie alongside the release date. The poster, which is not all that different from the last one, features a bloodied and bruised Jammwal. He holds an infant in one hand and a gun in the other. Dressed in all black, he seems to be in a hospital that is under attack.

Sanak will mark Jammwal’s fifth collaboration with filmmaker Vipul Amrutlal Shah, who is co-producing the movie with Zee Studios and Sunshine Pictures.

Jammwal and Shah have previously teamed up in movies like Force and the Commando movies. In these movies Jammwal was seen as a rugged action hero, performing some insane stunts.

Sanak is helmed by Kanishk Varma, and also features Neha Dhupia in the lead. Summing up the cast are Chandan Roy Sanyal and Bengali actor Rukmini Maitra, who will be making her Hindi language debut with the movie.

Besides Sanak Jammwal’s other upcoming movies include Khuda Haafiz Chapter II: Agni Pariksha, a sequel to the 2020 movie. He will once again share screen space with Shivaleeka Oberoi.
