Sanak: Vidyut Jammwal on how his film will inspire people to be the best version of themselves

The upcoming action thriller is directed by Kanishk Varma and will premiere on Disney+ Hotstar on October 15.

Vidyut Jammwal’s latest high octane action flick Sanak has definitely stoked the excitement of action fans with its trailer release today. But the star says that his upcoming film has more to offer than just a fast-paced thrill ride.

According to the Indian Express, Jammwal had opened up what the audience can expect from the film. The action star said that once people watch the film, they would not only be inspired to lend a helping hand to people in need but also to become the best version of themselves. The Filmfare Award-winning actor also revealed how the movie was filmed at the time of the pandemic.

The film’s producer Vipul Amrutlal Shah had also talked about his excitement in bringing the film to Indian viewers, saying how Sanak was their maiden attempt at delving more deeply into the genre of hostage thrillers.

The fast-paced and action-packed trailer for the film shows a heroic Jammwal facing off against terrorists, who attack the hospital where his wife is admitted in. Rife with action, the trailer offers a peek into the impressive action sequences viewers can expect from Jammwal’s classic thrillers.

In addition to Jammwal, Sanak also stars Rukmini Maitra, Neha Dhupia, Chandan Roy Sanyal and Chandan Roy. The upcoming film will be Maitra’s Bollywood debut. Zee Studios and Sunshine Pictures have produced the film.

The movie will premiere on October 15, 2021, on Disney+ Hotstar.
