With barely a week left for the theatrical release of Sam Bahadur – a patriotic movie backed by the Indian Army; the movie makers are leaving no stone unearthed to promote it in full swing. Directed by renowned filmmaker Meghna Gulzar and starring Vicky Kaushal, Sanya Malhotra, and Fatima Sana Sheikh, the film delves deep into the life of late Indian Army chief Sam Manekshaw. While movie buffs can’t keep calm, Vicky today outlined one of the most important scenes in the film.

Taking to Instagram today, Vicky Kaushal first thanked the Indian Army for their constant support and guidance throughout the making of this film. He also mentioned minute details of the film which surely ignited positivity and energy in the minds of young India.
Vicky said, “Shooting at the #IndianMilitaryAcademy with the cadets there for one of the important sequences in the Film. They said they would finish their drills with 10 knuckle pushups… so it became a ritual for me as well… no matter how tired we were at the end of the shoot… ‘pack up’ would only be called when I did those 10 knuckle pushups with them. Such spirited boys at the IMA!!! One of the most disciplined and inspiring places I have been to. #SAMबहादुर In Cinemas 1.12.2023.”
Lakhs of Instagram users have liked Vicky Kaushal’s Instagram post including actress Sanya Malhotra – who will be essaying the role of Sam Manekshaw’s wife Silloo Manekshaw in the film.
