The recent incident where Maharashtra's former minister and NCP leader Baba Siddique was shot dead left everyone in shock. The incident took place in Bandra on Saturday, 12th October where three unidentified assailants were involved in the case. The investigation around the case has been in progress, and now recent reports reveal that Salman Khan's Bandra Apartment is now under heavy security. Read all the details about it here!

After his close friend Baba Siddiqui's assassination, Salman Khan, who stays in the Galaxy Apartment in Bandra is being heavily guarded. Police constables have always been outside the superstar's house after the firing incident took place and now the security outside his house has been tightened and bystanders are not even allowed to stop near the area and click or record videos, as reported by Times Of India.

The reports by the portal further added that even the media professionals are not allowed to shoot near Galaxy Apartment and a CCTV camera has been installed facing the road so that the movements outside his building can be recorded.

A source also told India Today that Y-plus security has now been provided for the actor and a police escort vehicle now travels with Salman Khan's car with a constable who is trained to use all weapons accompanying him.

The security for Salman Khan has been tightened after the Lawrence Bishnoi gang claimed responsibility for Baba Siddiqui's murder. The actor has faced multiple threats from the Bishnoi gang over the past few years and hence his protection has now become more aggressive.

Meanwhile, on October 12, Baba Siddiqui was shot in Bandra, Mumbai, and was taken to the Lilavati Hospital where he was treated before the political leader succumbed to injuries the same night.
