Top three
The first rank comes as no surprise. Kapil Sharma has been ruling on the list since the longest time and once again, The Kapil Sharma Show is the most loved TV show. The show is all about comedy and the host is already declared the king in that.
With Elvish Yadav winning the Bigg Boss OTT 2 trophy and the suspense of who will bag Bigg Boss 17 trophy – Munawar Faruqui, Ankita Lokhande, Abhishek Kumar or someone else – has got Bigg Boss on the second spot. Both Bigg Boss OTT 2 and Bigg Boss 17 were hosted by Salman Khan.
Indian Idol, which sees Shreya Ghoshal as the judge with Udit Narayan and Vishal Dadlani, ranked third on the list. The 14th season, like all, was memorable and thus, it made it to top three.
Top five
Rohit Shetty’s Khatron Ke Khiladi 13 and Amitabh Bachchan’s Kaun Banega Crorepati 7 made it to top five too. They ranked fourth and fifth on the list. KBC made headlines after people believed that Big B’s journey on the show came to an end, which is not the truth.
The others
Most dancing reality shows made it to bottom five. Dance+ Pro ranked sixth on the list, India’s Best Dancer eighth and Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa, featuring celebs, came 10th on the list. The singing reality show Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Li’l Champs was seventh on the list. India’s Got Talent, seeing Shilpa Shetty Kundra, Kirron Kher and Badshah as judges, ranks ninth for the year.
