According to the latest updates, the much-awaited Salaar teaser is expected to drop very soon

The significance of Salaar has seemingly shot up among Prabhas' fans over the last couple of days. The reason, of course, is that a majority of them have grown dispirited over the scathing reviews that Adipurush has received from critics and audiences alike.

The Om Raut film, by all means, was meant to be Prabhas' 'return to form' film following two duds in Saaho and Radhe Shyam (even though the film proved to be commercially viably), but the lack of efficiency on the director's part, the cringe dialogues and poor VFX have resulted in a bit of mess. Adipurush has its share of admirers, no doubt and the film is yielding great results at the box office as well, but the general verdict is quite far from being positive. And Prabhas' fans are evidently upset over this, pulling Om Raut & Co. for their alleged insincerity in utilizing the superstar's stature.

So, what this has done is that the demand for Salaar has gone up considerably, with many investing all their hopes in the upcoming Prashanth Neel directorial. Fans and moviegoers, in general, deem the film to mark Prabhas' bona fide comeback and potentially announce his return to form in a thumping manner. But before the film hits the theatres, they want to see the teaser first.

In fact, it was speculated that the Salaar teaser would be attached to the screening of Adipurush but that wasn't to be. Reports emerged around the time that the makers, Hombale Films, will wait until Adipurush's theatrical run nears its end before commencing the Salaar promotions. However, what the latest updates inform us is that the wait for the teaser won't be that long, after all.

According to the latest reports, the Salaar teaser is expected to drop either at the end of June or the first week of July. Social media is currently abuzz with these posts as fans hold their breaths in anticipation, raring to see their favourite superstar return to his massy best!

Salaar, based on the information available, is likely to release in two parts but the development of the second instalment remains under wraps. A lot's been said and written about the film but Prashanth Neel, the creator of the world, has remained mum throughout and one hopes that the lead-up to the release (September 28, 2023) throws light on all the queries.
