Runway 34, also starring Amitabh Bachchan and Rakul Preet Singh, is set to release on April 29
Bollywood celebrities are often criticised and ridiculed for not speaking out on a variety of issues affecting the country or a certain set of people. When YouTuber Ranveer Allahbadia recently asked Ajay Devgan to comment on this, he said that they opted to discuss some times and not at other times because they are frequently viewed "differently."
The Tanhaji actor also responded to why the Bollywood industry remains silent on critical issues. He told the YouTuber it is because most people believe that one individual is to blame for the whole industry. He added that there are many things in the country that industry people do not like to discuss since they may be modified or create problems for them.
Ajay Devgan went on to say that there will always be people who are against you, saying, "There will be a section who will be with you and another big chunk of people who will not be with you, and you have a fear of that."
Ajay Devgan is presently promoting his next film, Runway 34. He's also making headlines because he created a controversy regarding the Hindi language when he reacted to South star Kiccha Sudeep.
Runway 34 which also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Boman Irani, Rakul Preet Singh, Akanksha Singh, and Angira Dhar, will be released in theatres on April 29. It is based on a true story from 2015, when a Jet Airways flight from Doha to Kochi almost missed landing at Cochin International Airport because of terrible weather conditions and low visibility early in the morning.
