Rumour has it: Kangana Ranaut and Vivek Agnihotri join hands after The Kashmir Files success

Vivek Agnihotri is still celebrating The Kashmir Files success when now rumours have it that he is all set to collaborate with Kangana Ranaut for his next project. For the uninitiated, Kangana was among one of the celebrities who came out in support of Vivek’s film and lashed out Bollywood celebrities for not writing anything about the movie. Now a report suggests the two are actually planning to work on a movie together.

A little birdie told Bollywood Hungama that Vivek has approached Kangana for one of his upcoming projects. The source did not clarify which movie is Vivek planning to cast Kangana in.

According to this source, Kangana is also keen to work with Vivek on a movie. That does not come as a surprise since she did prove she is a fan of his work through her praises for The Kashmir Files.

This birdie also mentioned that while things are at the initial stages currently, there would be more clarity about their collaboration in about two months. Reportedly, the two always wanted to collaborate and it just happened now.

Vivek is currently working on his upcoming film, The Delhi Files. The movie is sure to star his wife, Pallavi Joshi. She is also the producer of the movie which will be based on ‘right to life’.

Apart from that film, Vivek told OTTplay that he has at least two projects that are in the scripting stage. He did confirm having a couple of ideas and executing them after The Delhi Files.

Kangana, on the other hand, is currently working on her movie Dhaakad and Tejas. The latest update on both the movies are still awaited.

Dhaakad was supposed to release on October, 2021. However, the movie’s release was delayed owing to COVID-19 and pending post-production work.

Meanwhile, Kangana is currently seen hosting a reality show, Lock Upp. The show can be streamed on AltBalaji and MX Player.
